Job summary

OneSchool Global UK is seeking an Assistant Campus Principal with Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) responsibilities to join our Ashbrook Campus in Coventry. This is a key leadership role, supporting educational excellence, student wellbeing and safeguarding across the campus.

As a senior member of the Campus Leadership Team, you will work closely with the Campus Principal to provide strategic leadership and day-to-day management, ensuring high standards of teaching and learning and a positive,

Qualifications

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS) and a relevant degree.
Significant teaching experience across Key Stages 3-5.
Experience in a leadership, middle leadership, or senior leadership role within an educational setting.
Current Designated Safeguarding Lead training (or willingness to achieve this immediately upon appointment).
Prevent Duty training and strong safeguarding knowledge.

Responsibilities

Lead safeguarding and child protection across the campus in collaboration with the DSL.
Support the Campus Principal in leadership and management to drive school improvement.
Maintain high-quality teaching and learning aligned with Teachers' Standards and promote inclusive, differentiated lessons.
Line manage staff including performance management, induction, and probation processes.
