Responsibilities:

1. Support small groups of learners in the workplace.
2. Deliver employability training and related programmes.
3. Assess interns' learning and abilities to carry out various functions in the workplace.
4. Be responsible for the overall welfare and education of the intern.
5. Build and maintain relationships in the workplace.
