Qualifications

Do you have the expertise to drive compliance, strategy, and impact — while supporting a team who work directly with ALS learners?

Impact Futures and The Childcare Company are looking for an Aspire Inclusion Coach to join the Performance team and help shape inclusive education that transforms futures.

Please note the closing date for this position is Thursday 31st July 4pm. Successful applicants will be contacted on Friday 1st August. Interviews will take place on Wednesday 6th August, Thursday 7th August, and Friday 8th August.

The Role:

The provision of Aspire Inclusion Support funding is a key responsibility of this role. You will develop and provide effective reporting to track learner progress and compliance. You will complete monthly audits with follow-up activities to ensure first-time compliance for ALS funding, working closely with the Audit and Compliance team. You will support in developing a business strategy to ensure learners requiring additional learning support are fully supported throughout their learning journey to achieve their qualification. You will support delivery teams and coordinate resources, communicating with key stakeholders to ensure all necessary learner support is in place and effective.

The role will involve:
  • Supporting effective working practices to deliver high-quality learning support across various contexts and methods.
  • Using performance management techniques to measure learner progress, embed quality standards, and set service level agreements.
  • Carrying out monthly 1:1s with Development Coaches to support performance and provide coaching and mentoring.
  • Staying updated on legislation, funding, and best practices related to additional learning support.

  • Understanding of access arrangements, reasonable adjustments, and compliance for funding
  • Passion for education and supporting learners 1:1 and in groups

Desirable:

  • SEN qualification or related support qualifications
  • Experience in coaching, mentoring, and creating learning resources
  • Knowledge of curriculum developments in training and additional support
  • Remote working experience advantageous
