Breedon Group in Carlisle is seeking an Asphalt Plant Operator to join our site team. You will batch asphalt, operate loading shovel and weighbridge, and support daily operations in line with safety and quality standards.

The role may involve night shifts and requires a flexible, safety-minded attitude. Prior asphalt plant experience is beneficial, and opportunities for training and career progression are available.

Responsibilities

• Batch asphalt and conduct general maintenance of the asphalt plant.
• Operate a loading shovel and weighbridge following safety and procedures.
• Assist with day-to-day site operations and promote our safety culture.
• Operate systems according to established procedures.
