Develop features on a range of systems written in Java, Python, and MATLAB, integrating with proprietary trading systems and SaaS providers, following industry best practices in SDLC (e.g., TDD, CI/CD, monitoring).

Learn and understand key features of the expanding range of financial markets Aspect trades and the supporting business processes.

Stay updated with developments in the wider tech community; attendance at conferences and meet-ups is encouraged.

Requirements:

1. 3-5 years of experience as a software engineer, with experience taking requirements from concept to production (financial markets experience not required; training provided).
2. Strong development skills, with Java experience preferred, and competence or willingness to learn Python.
3. Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.

Nice to have:

1. Experience in Python or MATLAB.
2. Experience with cloud and container technologies such as AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes.
