ASM - Role Player Site Supervisor/Program Manager

VATC, LLC an Athenix Special Missions Company is searching for a qualified Role Player Site Supervisor candidate to fill part-time and on-call positions in support of practical training exercises to United States Capitol Police personnel at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC) in Cheltenham, Maryland.

Primary Location: Cheltenham, Maryland

Security Requirements: Must be able to pass a criminal background check and other screening determined necessary by FLETC and the U.S. Capitol Police.

Job Summary:

As the On-site Supervisor, you will also serve as the Project Manager. Duties include but are not limited to:

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Supervise all role player activities.
• Ensure role players arrive promptly and are prepared to enact their role in the training scenario.
• Ensure all role players comply with all site-specific safety regulations.
• Ensure role players comply with training exercise timelines.
• Ensure role players meet all security requirements in order to gain access to the training facility.
• Act as a liaison between the USCP and role players.
• Attend all pre-exercise briefings and all after-action reviews.
• Take corrective action for role players not performing in a manner consistent with the terms and conditions of the contract.

Experience/Education:

• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in Project Management; military or government civilian setting.
