VATC, LLC, an Athenix Special Missions Company, is searching for a qualified Role Player Site Supervisor to fill part-time and on-call positions supporting practical training exercises for United States Capitol Police personnel at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC) in Cheltenham, Maryland.

Please note: This position is contingent upon the award of the contract. We will provide status updates and next steps during the hiring process.

Primary Location: Cheltenham, Maryland

Security Requirements: Must pass a criminal background check and other screening as determined necessary by FLETC and the U.S. Capitol Police.

Job Summary:

As the On-site Supervisor, you will serve as the Project Manager. Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Supervising all role player activities
  • Ensuring role players arrive promptly and are prepared for their roles in training scenarios
  • Ensuring all role players comply with site-specific safety regulations
  • Ensuring role players adhere to training exercise timelines
  • Ensuring role players meet security requirements to access the training facility
  • Acting as a liaison between USCP and role players
  • Attending all pre-exercise briefings and after-action reviews
  • Taking corrective actions for role players not performing according to contract terms

Experience/Education:

  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in Project Management within military or government civilian settings.
