Why this job matters Ask HR is a team of HR advisors providing support and guidance for all colleagues across BT Group. For complex queries requiring further investigation, Ask HR will guide or hand off to the relevant specialist team. This role provides invaluable day-to-day people advisory support to managers across BT Group. As an online advisor, you will support on a mixture of people related matters by guiding them to policy and procedure, providing advisory support on informal processes, and providing guidance on how to request support for formal case management. The role will support the triage of new cases/queries, transferring cases into different categories, and assessing case priority and complexity.
