Job description

As an Asda Cafe Manager, you are at the heart of our operation and we are looking for a team player who will share our energy and passion and will contribute to our ongoing success.

You'll be working in a team full of fantastic people as an Asda Cafe Manager. Are you a hard-working individual with a cheerful, positive personality with exemplary customer service standards? Then you are the person for us!

Main Responsibilities:

1. To prepare cafe-style food options at a high standard for our customers and keep waste to a minimum.
2. To complete the opening and closing checklists and produce weekly rotas.
3. To place orders for stock.
4. To ensure that all deliveries are checked and put away promptly and correctly.
5. To delegate where necessary and ensure the team are proactive at all times.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Some knowledge of food handling and hygiene.
2. Be friendly, confident and have a positive 'Can-do' attitude.
3. Be hands-on and thrive on working as part of a team.
4. Be passionate about great quality food and fantastic customer service.
5. Have great organisational skills.
6. Have some skills in computer literacy and meeting financial targets.
7. Have a good command of the English language.
