As an Asda Cafe Manager, you are at the heart of our operation. We are looking for a team player who shares our energy and passion and will contribute to our ongoing success.

You will work in a team full of fantastic people as an Asda Cafe Manager. If you are a hard-working individual with a cheerful, positive personality and exemplary customer service standards, then you are the person for us!

Main Responsibilities
  • Prepare cafe-style food options at a high standard for our customers and keep waste to a minimum.
  • Complete opening and closing checklists and produce weekly rotas.
  • Place orders for stock.
  • Ensure all deliveries are checked and stored promptly and correctly.
  • Delegate tasks as necessary and ensure the team remains proactive at all times.

Experience in a similar role is preferable, but with the right personality, we can teach you the rest.

Minimum Requirements
  • Some knowledge of food handling and hygiene.
  • Friendly, confident, and positive 'can-do' attitude.
  • Hands-on approach and ability to work well as part of a team.
  • Passion for great quality food and excellent customer service.
  • Good organizational skills.
  • Computer literacy and ability to meet financial targets.
  • Proficiency in English.
