Job Title: ASD Teacher (Working with Autism)

Location: Ealing
Salary: £150 £220 per day (depending on experience)
Contract: Full-time, long-term
Start Date: Immediate

GSL Education is seeking an experienced and committed ASD Teacher to join a specialist school in Ealing. The school caters for children and young people with autism and complex learning needs.

Role Overview:
  • Teach small classes of pupils with ASD, using structured and visual learning strategies.

  • Work closely with therapists, TAs and SENCOs to deliver individualised education plans.

  • Use a nurturing approach to support social and emotional development.

  • Monitor and assess pupil progress consistently.

The Ideal Candidate:
  • QTS and experience teaching children with autism.

  • Understanding of PECS, Makaton or TEACCH is advantageous.

  • Patient, empathetic and confident working with challenging behaviours.

  • Committed to inclusive education and pupil wellbeing.
