GUARDIAN SELECTION LIMITED recherche un enseignant ASD expérimenté pour rejoindre une école spécialisée à Ealing. Le poste consiste à enseigner à de petites classes d'élèves atteints d'autisme, avec un accent sur l'apprentissage structuré et le développement émotionnel. Les candidats idéaux auront un QTS et une expérience avec des enfants ayant des besoins complexes. Qualifications

• QTS et expérience dans l'enseignement aux enfants ayant des troubles du spectre autistique.
• Compréhension des PECS, Makaton ou TEACCH est un atout.
• Engagement envers l'éducation inclusive et le bien-être des élèves.

Responsibilities

• Enseigner dans des classes de petits élèves avec ASD, en utilisant des stratégies d'apprentissage structurées.
• Collaborer avec des thérapeutes, TAs et SENCOs pour délivrer des plans d'éducation individualisés.
• Surveiller et évaluer régulièrement les progrès des élèves.

Job Title: ASD Teacher (Working with Autism)

GSL Education is seeking an experienced and committed ASD Teacher to join a specialist school in Ealing. The school caters for children and young people with autism and complex learning needs.

Role Overview:

Teach small classes of pupils with ASD, using structured and visual learning strategies.

Work closely with therapists, TAs and SENCOs to deliver individualised education plans.

Use a nurturing approach to support social and emotional development.

Monitor and assess pupil progress consistently.

The Ideal Candidate:

QTS and experience teaching children with autism.

Understanding of PECS, Makaton or TEACCH is advantageous.

Patient, empathetic and confident working with challenging behaviours.

Committed to inclusive education and pupil wellbeing.
