Job summary

You will provide 1:1 and small-group support, help with communication, social skills and emotional regulation, and build trusting relationships with learners.

Qualifications

• Graduate in Psychology, Education or related field.
• Experience or interest in ASD/educational settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 and small-group support to students with ASD.
• Support communication, social skills, emotional regulation and independence.
• Help students engage confidently with learning and school life.
• Build positive, trusting relationships with students.
• Work closely with teachers and support staff to provide consistent, individualised support.
• Monitor students' progress, wellbeing and engagement.
