The successful candidate will work with teachers and SEN staff to implement learning plans, foster positive behaviour, and promote independence in a safe environment.

Qualifications

• Experience or interest in supporting students with autism.
• Ability to implement learning plans under supervision.
• Strong communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 and small-group support to students with ASD.
• Help students develop communication, social, and emotional regulation skills.
• Support students with sensory sensitivities, anxiety, and changes in routine.
• Work alongside teachers and SEN staff to implement individual learning plans and support strategies.
• Encourage positive behaviour, confidence, and independence in a safe, inclusive environment.
