Job summary

Birmingham and Solihull Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a specialist practitioner for the M-Power team within SOLAR crisis services. Qualifications

• CAMHS experience and crisis experience are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assess the needs of young people with neurodevelopmental conditions and carers using complex information.
• Plan and implement evidence-based care for ASD or learning disabilities at risk of hospital admission.
• Co-ordinate care needs under SOLAR/Crisis and provide diagnostic assessment where required.
• Manage a defined caseload within M-Power and supervise others as appropriate.
• Evaluate care within agreed parameters and gather information from other agencies for clinical assessment.
