Teach360 is recruiting a Learning Support Assistant in Hounslow for a full-time, long-term position in a large SEN school. The role focuses on supporting students with ASD and challenging behaviour, delivering targeted 1:1 support and small-group assistance, and contributing to a positive learning environment.

An ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with ASD, challenging behaviour, and strong behaviour management skills. Immediate start and Team Teach training desirable.

Qualifications

• Previous experience of working with young people.
• Experience working with ASD and Challenging Behaviour.

Responsibilities

• Support students with ASD and Challenging Behaviour on a 1:1 basis and in small groups.
• Demonstrate excellent behaviour management and go the extra mile.
