Are you a skilled and enthusiastic teacher with a passion for supporting children with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC)? A specialist primary SEN school in Hillingdon is seeking a dedicated ASC Teacher to join their supportive team from January 2026. Role Overview

As an ASC Teacher, you will:

  • Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons for pupils with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC)
  • Work closely with teaching assistants, therapists, and external professionals to support pupils' development
  • Create a safe, inclusive, and structured classroom environment that encourages progress and independence
  • Monitor and assess student progress, adapting teaching strategies as needed to meet individual needs
Requirements
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - essential
  • Previous experience working with pupils with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC)
  • Knowledge of strategies such as PECS, TEACCH, or Makaton is desirable
  • A calm, resilient, and creative approach to teaching
