You’ll be making a difference! As an exceptional Teacher, you’ll help nurture and teach a small group of pupils diagnosed with Autism or Complex Needs, positively impacting their lives.

Whether you are a Mainstream Teacher transitioning into SEND or an experienced SEND Teacher with a strong track record, our extensive CPD programme and supportive leadership team will help you progress and shape your career to your aspirations. If you have knowledge of THRIVE and understanding of behaviour management strategies, that’s a plus, but a desire to learn is essential.

We are particularly interested in candidates with ASC experience.
