Job Title: Asbestos Surveyor / Consultant

Location: Glasgow, Central Belt of Scotland

Salary: 26k - 38k + Company vehicle + competitive package

National asbestos consultancy currently recruiting for a dedicated and technically skilled surveyor / consultant to manage a portfolio of contracts across Scotland. The ideal candidate will be flexible, adaptable, and capable of conducting a full range of asbestos surveys while providing technical advice to clients. The position covers contracts across the Central Belt of Scotland, including Glasgow, Renfrew, Paisley, East Kilbride, Motherwell, Coatbridge, Bellshill, Airdrie, Bathgate, Falkirk, Edinburgh, and surrounding areas.

Requirements:

• BOHS P402 or RSPH equivalent qualification
• Experience as an asbestos surveyor / consultant
• Confidence in producing technical survey reports
• Ability to build strong client relationships
• Full UK driving license

Duties:

• Conduct Management, Refurbishment & Demolition surveys on commercial and industrial sites
• Perform bulk sampling of suspected ACMs (asbestos-containing materials)
• Compile reports using handheld PDAs confidently
• Uphold company values and deliver high-quality asbestos surveys
• Complete work promptly and meet contract deadlines
