Job summary

APEC Environmental is seeking an Asbestos Surveyor or Analyst to join the Field Team in Sheffield. You will deliver high quality asbestos surveys across sites, support air monitoring where applicable, and ensure compliance with current legislation.

We value safety, accuracy and client-focused service. Reporting to Kirsty Whewell, you will work with other departments and hold BHOS P402 or RSPH equivalents, TEAMS experience, and a UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• BHOS P402 certified or RSPH equivalent qualifications.
• 3+ years experience in a Surveyor role.
• Experience with TEAMS asbestos management system.
• Strong communication skills.
• Organised with a keen eye for detail.
• Full UK driving license.

Responsibilities

• Carry out management, refurbishment and demolition asbestos surveys of various industries.
• Conduct bulk samplings as required.
• Compile and check reports.
• Participate in auditing and re-surveys as required.
• Liaise with clients and other internal departments.
