Asbestos Surveyor Analyst - Slough

Up to GBP43,000 + Company Vehicle and Quality Bonuses

Our well-respected, UKAS accredited client is on the lookout for a BOHS P402, P403, P404 qualified Asbestos Surveyor Analyst to cover a wide range of projects located across the South.

The company has been operating in accordance with UKAS legislation for over 50 years. An award-winning business that employs in industries like health and safety, water services and construction. The job in hand will vary from commercial and industrial sites only x2026; no domestic jobs!

Experience requirements for an Asbestos Surveyor Analyst:

* All candidates MUST be BOHS P402, P403, P404 qualified with 7 years of industry experience
* Proven industry experience in asbestos surveying and air monitoring
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
* Sound knowledge of air monitoring, clearance testing and asbestos removal management
* Excellent knowledge of UK asbestos legislation
* Good IT skills and experience in using TEAMS systems

Common Duties for an Asbestos Surveyor Analyst:

* Accurate assessment of asbestos removal works, detection of asbestos debris and Analyst ensuring constant compliance with HSG 247 clearance test.
* Account management for specific clients.
* Communicating with clients and line managers to ensure the smooth running of site work.
* Processing of samples and generating final reports in a timely manner.
* Assisting in the training of less experienced team members.
