SOCOTEC UK is seeking an Asbestos Surveyor/Analyst to join our Environment and Safety team. You will conduct asbestos inspections, testing and analysis, maintain equipment and records, and liaise with project managers and clients to meet schedules.

This role requires BOHS P402/403/404 qualifications and at least two years’ experience, with strong communication and independent working skills. The position offers flexible work arrangements (office-based, remote, or hybrid) and opportunities to

We are seeking a proactive, reliable, and flexible Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst to join our Environment and Safety team. In this role, you’ll need the confidence to work independently, alongside the ability to collaborate effectively as part of a team. A background in asbestos surveying and air monitoring, along with strong regulatory knowledge is essential to thrive in this position.

The tasks you will undertake will include (but are not limited to):

• Undertaking asbestos inspection, testing and analysis
• Maintaining equipment, records and quality compliance
• Liaising with Project Managers and clients to meet programme timescales

Qualifications

To be a successful Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst, you should be able to demonstrate:

• BOHS P402, P403 and P404 qualifications
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently
