Job Title: Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst

Job Overview:

Our client is seeking a professional Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst to cover contracts in and around the M25 region. Candidates should have strong site-based experience and hold P certifications (or RSPH equivalents). Alternatively, candidates with only analytical experience and qualifications will also be considered. The role is within a well-established, privately owned company with a strong reputation. Experience & Qualifications:

• Strong work history as an Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst
• Experience within a UKAS accredited company
• BOHS P402, P403 & P404 (or RSPH equivalent) certifications
• Knowledge of HSG 264, HSG 248, and UKAS guidelines
• Professional manner
• Good literacy, numeracy, and IT skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct management, refurbishment, and demolition asbestos surveys
• Collect ACM samples for analysis
• Perform 4-stage clearance testing
• Carry out air testing (personal, smoke, leak, background, reassurance)
• Produce detailed reports for clients
• Manage safety and compliance on asbestos removal projects
• Use appropriate PPE at all times
• Provide technical advice to clients
