• Minimum of 2 years experience in asbestos surveying or analysis.
• Holds relevant BOHS qualifications (P402, P403, P404).

As our company grows and develops, we are expanding our teams. We have a great opportunity for a dedicated Asbestos Surveyor/Analyst to join our Environment & Safety Division and wear the SOCOTEC badge with pride.

We are looking for a reliable, flexible, and committed Asbestos Surveyor/Analyst to join our team. It is key that you can work efficiently both independently and as part of a team. Help us ensure the safety of buildings by identifying, monitoring, and overseeing asbestos-related activities.

We are also open to applicants with experience working solely as an Analyst.

The tasks you will undertake include:

• Undertake air monitoring and 4 Stage Clearances in accordance with HSG248
• Undertake management, refurbishment, and demolition surveys in accordance with HSG264
• Work with a varied client portfolio, including the MOD estate
• Assist clients with management recommendations and consultancy advice

To be successful, you will demonstrate:

• Holds a BOHS P402, P403 & P404
• Minimum of 2 years experience in the role
• Ability to work on own initiative
