Casa Environmental Services Ltd. is seeking experienced Asbestos Surveyors across our Bristol, Southampton, Plymouth, Stafford and Dartford branches.

Qualified with BOHS P402 or RSPH Level 3, with at least two years’ industry experience, you will work independently delivering compliant surveys for housing associations, authorities and private clients. Responsibilities include management, refurbishment and demolition surveys, digital reporting, liaising with tenants and clients, and maintaining

• Qualified asbestos surveyor with BOHS P402 or RSPH Level 3 Certificate in Asbestos Surveying.
• Minimum of two years’ industry experience.
• Ability to work independently and maintain high professional standards.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Responsabilités

• Conduct asbestos surveys across domestic, commercial, and industrial properties.
• Undertake management, refurbishment, and demolition surveys.
• Liaise professionally with tenants, clients, and site representatives.
• Collect and accurately record site data using tablet-based systems.
• Produce clear and precise electronic site plans and reports.
• Ensure samples and documentation are recorded and submitted within required timeframes.
• Carry out quality assurance checks prior to report submission.
• Support and mentor trainee surveyors where required.

Job Description

Casa Environmental Services are looking to recruit experienced Asbestos Surveyors for all of our branches to support our continued growth across England and Wales.

We are seeking qualified and confident surveyors who hold the BOHS P402orRSPH Level 3 Certificate in Asbestos Surveying, with a minimum of two years’ industry experience. This role is suited to someone who can work independently, maintain high professional standards, and deliver accurate, compliant survey work across a varied client base.

Our clients include Housing Associations, Local Authorities, government departments, NHS Trusts, major construction companies, education institutions and many private sector organisations.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct asbestos surveys across domestic, commercial, and industrial properties
• Undertake management, refurbishment, and demolition surveys
• Liaise professionally with tenants, clients, and site representatives

• Ensure samples and documentation are recorded and submitted within required timeframes
• Carry out quality assurance checks prior to report submission
• Support and mentor trainee surveyors where required
• BOHS P402 or RSPH Level 3 Certificate in Asbestos Surveying
• Minimum of 2 years’ relevant surveying experience
• Strong knowledge of current industry guidance and best practice
• Experience producing accurate digital reports
• Good IT skills and confidence using tablet-based applications
• Full UK Driving Licence

Desired Requirements

Experience working for a UKAS-accredited asbestos consultancy

• Health & Safety Qualifications e.g. – PASMA, IPAF, Confined Space Awareness, First Aid at Work Etc.
• BOHS 403/404 or RSPH Level 3 Award in Asbestos Air Monitoring and Clearance Procedures
