Travel Area:

Coverage includes Bellshill, Motherwell, Wishaw, Shotts, Carluke, Larkhall, Hamilton, East Kilbride, Jackton, Giffnock, Clarkston, Barrhead, Glasgow, Rutherglen, Cambuslang, Paisley, Renfrew, Clydebank, Erskine, Johnstone, Linwood, Kilmarnock, Cumbernauld, Falkirk, Denny, Grangemouth, Bo'ness, Broxburn, Bathgate, Livingston, Dunfermline, Kirkcaldy, Edinburgh.

Experience / Qualifications:

1. Must hold BOHS P402 or RSPH equivalent
2. Proven experience as an Asbestos Surveyor, preferably with a UKAS accredited company
3. Good understanding of UKAS and HSG 264 guidelines
4. Ability to produce detailed, high-quality reports
5. IT literacy

Role Responsibilities:

1. Conduct management, refurbishment, and demolition asbestos surveys across various sites (industrial, public, commercial, domestic)
2. Prepare detailed survey reports, including floor plans
3. Safely collect ACM samples from sites
4. Meet deadlines and targets
5. Advise clients on issues and recommendations
6. Represent the company professionally on-site
7. Follow UKAS and HSE guidelines
