London | Field-Based | Full-Time If you know your P402 from your P45, know your way around HSG264, and take pride in getting the details right, we’d like to hear from you.
Asbestos surveying isn’t about racing around sites, ticking boxes and hoping for the best. It’s about good judgement, sharp attention to detail and producing information that people can actually rely on.
At Lucion, our surveyors play a vital role in helping clients across London and the wider UK understand asbestos risk and manage it properly — protecting people, buildings and projects along the way.
We’re a purpose-driven, beyond-net-zero business working across 12 sectors worldwide. But at site level, it’s simple: do good work, do it properly, and look after the people around you.
We’re now looking for an Asbestos Surveyor to join our growing Hazardous Materials team, covering London and the surrounding areas.
This is a genuinely hands‑on surveying role. You’ll be out on sites across London, from commercial buildings and construction projects to public‑sector estates and everything in between.
Your attention to detail will directly contribute to safer buildings and compliant project delivery.
In short: accurate surveys, clear reporting, professional judgement and absolutely no shortcuts.
You understand that asbestos surveying comes with responsibility — and you’re the sort of person who takes that responsibility seriously.
Basically, you know your stuff, you do what you say you’ll do, and people can trust you to get the job done properly.
We think good people deserve good support.
Because accuracy matters.
Because your professionalism is respected — not rushed.
Because we want people who care about doing a good job, and we give them the support and space to do it.
And because you’ll be joining a business that puts quality, integrity, people and purpose at the heart of what it does.
Whether you’re an experienced surveyor who knows every corner of the M25, or you’re looking for your next opportunity to build on your asbestos surveying career, we’d love to hear from you.
If you want to do work you can genuinely stand behind, this could be the role for you.
As part of our commitment to safety, trust and doing things properly, the successful candidate will be required to complete a DBS check before joining the business.
