As our company grows and develops, we are ever expanding our teams. We have a great opportunity for a dedicated Asbestos Surveyor to join our Environment & Safety Division and wear the SOCOTEC badge with pride.

We are looking for a reliable, flexible, and committed Asbestos Surveyor to join our Asbestos team. As a member of the team, it is key that you are able to work efficiently both as part of a team and independently. Help us to ensure the safety of the buildings around us by identifying, monitoring, and overseeing all aspects of asbestos management.

Key responsibilities include:

• Carrying out asbestos management, refurbishment, and demolition surveys on a variety of properties including domestic, commercial, and industrial
• Conducting asbestos re-inspection surveys to ensure client compliance and assisting in managing asbestos-containing materials by providing guidance and recommendations

To succeed in this role, you should demonstrate:

• Holds a BOHS P402 certification or equivalent
• Relevant experience in conducting asbestos surveys
• The ability to learn and develop new skills within a multidisciplinary environment
