Location: Leeds (Nationwide travel)
Salary: Up to £35,000 with a full benefits package.

My client is a multi-disciplined HSE licensed asbestos removal contractor, UKAS accredited testing laboratory, and a UKAS accredited inspection body, providing clients in the public and private sectors with a flexible portfolio of asbestos services.

Key details for the Asbestos Surveyor role:

No housing Asbestos Survey.
All sites are commercial-based.
Nationwide operations with remote work options; occasional office visits required.
Quality is the client's top priority; time pressure is not involved.
Competitive pay with annual reviews and regular overtime opportunities.

Key Duties:

Able to identify asbestos containing materials.
Assess the risk of materials that contain asbestos.
Possess high-quality communication skills, both verbally and written.
Confidently produce concise and accurate reports after surveying.
Work in a timely manner to adhere to deadlines.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry guidelines.

Qualifications Required:

BHOS P402 qualified (additional qualifications are welcomed).
1 to 4 years of experience, which will influence salary range.
Full UK driving license.
Working knowledge of software such as Microsoft Teams.
