Join The Tersus Team as an Asbestos Site Analyst

Location: Middlesbrough and all surrounding areas

Salary: Up to £32,000 per annum, dependent on experience and location, with a 40-hour workweek and overtime opportunities. Company vehicle, fuel card, mobile phone, tablet, and tools provided.

Referral Bonus: Earn £2000 for each asbestos surveyor that you refer!

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Conducting 4 stage clearances, test reporting, and submitting comprehensive reports for various tests including background, leak, reassurance, clearance, personal, and smoke testing.
• Creating detailed reports that adhere to industry standards and regulations.
• Ensuring all equipment is correctly calibrated and tools are correctly maintained to specified level in HSG 264.
• Recording data accurately.
• Conducting thorough site walkthroughs and survey plans to ensure meticulous attention to detail.
• Checking all locations are photographed and photographs are stored.

What We’re Looking For:

• P403 and P404 essential.
• Full UK driving licence.
• IOSH Working Safely Qualification desirable.
• Risk assessment training desirable.
