Requirements

• Highly competitive salary of up to £39,000 for a 40-hour week. Final salary depends on experience, overtime eligibility, and contract type.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Undertaking CFR works (4 Stage Clearance testing) with at least 2 years' experience
• Writing accurate, detailed reports adhering to industry standards and legislation
• Maintaining calibration and proper functioning of testing equipment in line with HSG264
• Recording site data accurately and storing photographic evidence
• Conducting thorough site walkthroughs and assessments focusing on safety and detail
• Becoming a Keyholder from the start date
• Ideally having CFR experience with Thermal Insulation/residues
• Willingness to work weekends, approximately 1 in every 2 weekends, with potential reduction

What We're Looking For:

• BOHS P403 & P404 qualifications (essential)
• Full UK driving license
• High attention to detail and compliance commitment
• Excellent communication and reporting skills
