The role requires a strong background in asbestos and water hygiene, with oversight of surveys, records, and contractor performance. This is a hybrid position offering flexibility and meaningful impact.

Qualificações

• Experience overseeing asbestos and water hygiene compliance in social housing.
• In-depth knowledge of asbestos legislation and duties under the Control of Asbestos Regulations.
• Strong Legionella control and water hygiene knowledge.
• Experience managing contractors and reporting to management.
• Excellent organisational and analytical skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead asbestos and water hygiene compliance across housing stock.
• Coordinate surveys, inspections and maintain registers and records.
• Oversee remedial actions and contractor performance against standards.
• Ensure adherence to legislation and industry guidance.
• Produce management information and regulatory reports.
