Job Title: Asbestos Contracts Manager (Removals)
Location: Sevenoaks, Kent
Salary/Benefits: 40k - 65k + Benefits

We are recruiting in the South East for a knowledgeable Asbestos Contracts Manager to oversee a varied portfolio of Asbestos Removals projects. You will be joining an industry-leading Asbestos and Compliance firm, with a growing client base and well-established team. The ideal candidate will have a professional and meticulous attitude towards providing a robust service to clients. Salaries will reflect the candidate's experience and knowledge, and benefits include excellent training packages and a company pension scheme.

Experience / Qualifications:

1. Must have a strong record of experience within the industry, managing a portfolio of removal contracts projects
2. Excellent industry technical knowledge
3. Strong client-facing skills
4. Good written and IT skills
5. Organised and good timekeeping attitude
6. Flexible and adaptable
7. Comfortable overseeing teams of site staff

The Role:

1. Overseeing the successful delivery of projects in line with KPIs and agreed scopes
2. Managing site-wide compliance with industry guidelines and protocols
3. Being the key point of contact for clients, answering any queries and providing advice and project updates
4. Allocation of works to ensure smooth and efficient completion of works
5. Attending site to assess works prior to projects beginning, undertaking risk assessments and outlining the scopes for works
6. Writing tenders and producing competitive and bespoke quotations
7. Assessing the performance of site operatives and identifying areas for improvement or training
8. Reporting into company Directors to discuss projects
9. Travelling to client sites as required
10. Maintaining strong working relationships with clients
