Job summary

LP Search is seeking an Asbestos Contracts Manager to oversee the delivery of asbestos removal projects, ensuring safe, compliant and profitable execution. You will lead operational teams, attend site meetings, and strengthen client relationships while driving growth.

The role requires knowledge of CAR 2012 and HSE legislation, with excellent organisational and people-management skills. A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel are expected.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as an Asbestos Contracts Manager in asbestos removal is preferred.
• Candidates with extensive experience as an asbestos surveyor/analyst with project management experience will be considered.
• Strong knowledge of CAR 2012 and current HSE legislation.

Responsibilities

• Manage asbestos removal projects, ensuring safe, compliant, and profitable delivery.
• Attend site meetings and maintain strong client relationships.
• Prepare quotations, Plans of Work and Risk Assessments.
• Oversee live sites, ensuring projects are completed on time and to the required standards.
• Manage supervisors and site teams, providing support and guidance where required.
• Attend weekly meetings with the Board of Directors to provide project updates.
• Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and company procedures.
