Job Title: Asbestos Consultant / Surveyor Analyst – Kent
Salary: £35,000 – £43,500 DOE
Location: Kent

Role Summary:

As an Asbestos Surveyor Analyst, you’ll deliver high-quality surveying, sampling, and air monitoring services in line with HSE guidelines, ensuring safety and compliance across various property types.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct Management, Refurbishment, and Demolition surveys

  • Perform air monitoring: background, leak, reassurance & 4-stage clearances

  • Ensure compliance with HSG264, HSG248, and UKAS standards

  • Submit clear and accurate reports using internal systems

  • Communicate effectively with clients and team members

  • Maintain equipment and adhere to strict health & safety protocols

  • Engage in regular audits, CPD, and internal training

Candidate Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant industry experience

  • Qualified in BOHS P402, P403, P404 (or working towards 403/404)

  • Strong understanding of UK asbestos regulations

  • Full UK driving licence

  • Strong reporting and communication skills

  • Willingness to travel throughout Kent and nearby areas
