Salary: £35,000 – £43,500 DOE
Location: Kent
Company car + fuel allowance
22 days annual leave (increasing with service)
Annual profit share bonus (up to 5%)

As an Asbestos Surveyor Analyst, you’ll deliver high-quality surveying, sampling, and air monitoring services in line with HSE guidelines, ensuring safety and compliance across various property types.
Conduct Management, Refurbishment, and Demolition surveys
Perform air monitoring: background, leak, reassurance & 4-stage clearances
Ensure compliance with HSG264, HSG248, and UKAS standards
Submit clear and accurate reports using internal systems
Communicate effectively with clients and team members
Maintain equipment and adhere to strict health & safety protocols
Engage in regular audits, CPD, and internal training
Minimum 1 year of relevant industry experience
Qualified in BOHS P402, P403, P404 (or working towards 403/404)
Strong understanding of UK asbestos regulations
Full UK driving licence
Strong reporting and communication skills
Willingness to travel throughout Kent and nearby areas
Structured training & career progression
Profit share bonus (up to £2,000+ annually at £40K salary)
