Responsibilities

  • Ensure health and safety standards are always maintained.
  • Collate data and produce various reports when required.
  • Complete air monitoring and stage 4 clearance testing on a range of buildings.
  • Complete various management, demolition, and refurbishment surveys on a range of sites.
  • Conduct tests including 4 stage clearance, smoke, background and visual air, re-occupation, and personal air testing.
  • Ensure adherence to UKAS legislation and practices in all work conducted.
  • Generate on-site air quality reports for clients.
  • Regular communication with clients, contractors, and members of the public.
  • Establishing and maintaining strong client relationships.

Salary: £30,000, £37,000 (Experience Dependant)

Travel: North

The company are nearing 40 years of experience within the industry, solely focused on the entire testing and analysis process from start to finish. They have state-of-the-art mobile and in-house testing laboratories! Operating off a wide variety of commercial and domestic clients.
