This role is central to the day‑to‑day success of the business and contributes directly to operational performance and customer outcomes. What you will do

• Carry out four‑stage clearances in accordance with HSG248 guidance.
• Undertake background, reassurance, leak and personal air monitoring.
• Conduct visual inspections and site audits on asbestos removal projects.
• Produce accurate analytical reports and technical documentation.
• Work across a varied portfolio of commercial, residential and industrial sites.
• Build positive relationships with clients, contractors and site stakeholders.
• Maintain compliance with company procedures, UKAS requirements and industry standards.
• Support and mentor trainee analysts where appropriate.
• Contribute to continuous improvement, compliance and quality standards.

Who you are

• BOHS P403 and P404 qualifications or equivalent.
• Previous experience working as an Asbestos Analyst.
• A strong understanding of HSG248 and asbestos legislation.
• Experience carrying out four‑stage clearances and air monitoring activities.
• A full UK driving licence.
• A high level of attention to detail and accountability.
