Overview

ASB Team Leader — Temporary, 5 months+

Location: South London

Salary: £35 Umbrella

Hamilton Woods Associates are currently recruiting for an ASB Team Leader on a temporary basis, initially for 5 months for an organisation to tackle high risk ASB cases.

Responsibilities

• Provide a responsive, customer-focused service on anti-social behaviour and community safety.
• Ensure continuous improvement and compliance with policy, procedures and legislation.
• Lead and support the Community Safety Team to deliver a high-quality service.
• Monitor workloads, performance and service standards across the team.
• Review caseloads, address underperformance and quality-check ASB reports.
• Work with managers to improve resident satisfaction in ASB case handling.
• Build strong relationships with partner agencies to tackle ASB.
• Manage enquiries and complaints in line with policy.
• Participate in a 24/7 emergency duty rota.

Essential Requirements

• Extensive experience within anti-social behaviour
• UK Driving Licence
• Basic DBS
