• Respond to reports of community safety on a daily basis
• Provide crime figures regularly to senior management and councillors
• Attend monthly Joint Action Groups and CHARMM meetings (problem-solving groups)
• Use problem-solving techniques to respond to ASB case reviews
• Assist in delivering objectives in the Community Safety Action Plan
• Make safeguarding referrals for vulnerable individuals
• Develop relationships with partner agencies
• Review the council’s approach to public space CCTV
