If you're passionate, digital marketing, bringing ideas to life, this is your opportunity to shape the voice of Farming Connect and make a difference across rural Wales.
We're looking for a creative, curious and ambitious individual to join our marketing team. This role sits within the Welsh agricultural industry, supporting the promotion and communication of initiatives, services and opportunities that benefit the farming and rural sectors across Wales. You'll plan, create and share content that captures attention, drives engagement and delivers results. From social media content and video creation to email marketing, digital advertising and performance analysis, you'll play a key role in helping endorse Farming Connect services and highlight the success stories of our registered businesses.
You will be a key member of the Farming Connect Marketing team. You will also work closely with colleagues across all areas of the Farming Connect programme. This cross-functional approach provides a unique opportunity to build strong relationships, gain insight into a wide range of projects and amplify the stories, successes and impact of Farming Connect.
As Farming Connect's Digital Lead, you will play a pivotal role in strengthening the programme's digital presence and engagement across Wales. Through the development of creative, targeted and impactful social media campaigns, the successful candidate will increase audience reach, promote key agricultural initiatives and foster meaningful connections with farmers, rural businesses and industry stakeholders. Your ability to translate complex information into engaging content will help raise awareness of Farming Connect's services, support knowledge transfer across the sector and contribute to the continued success and visibility of Welsh agriculture.

- Work pattern: The role is advertised as full‑time (7.5 hours per day, Monday‑Friday). However, we are open to discuss part‑time or flexible arrangements up to 4 days per week and where these meet the needs of the service
