Job summary

Alexander Steele Recruitment is seeking an Artwork Project Executive to drive end-to-end artwork and packaging projects from brief to final production. You will coordinate packaging artwork for new and existing products and support NPD/EPD launches across the UK and international markets, working closely with agencies, printers and suppliers.

You will manage project timelines, approvals, and cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Regulatory, Operations and Sales while maintaining

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years’ experience within Brand Management, Marketing, Packaging, Artwork Coordination, Product Development or related role.
• Strong experience coordinating packaging artwork or print projects.
• Excellent project management and organisational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and proofreading capability.
• Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Confident working with agencies, suppliers and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience within FMCG or consumer products would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end artwork and packaging projects, working closely with agencies, printers and packaging suppliers.
• Coordinate artwork amendments, approvals, version control and regulatory sign-off.
• Support new product launches and existing product developments from concept through to market.
• Manage critical paths, project timelines and key deliverables.
• Coordinate POS, digital assets, sales materials and launch content.
• Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product Development, Regulatory, Operations, Manufacturing, Sales and Supply Chain.
• Maintain accurate product information, packaging files and project documentation.
• Support wider brand planning and innovation projects.
• Proactively identify and escalation potential risks or delays to project timelines.
