A leading arts organization in London is seeking an Arts Rentals Manager to oversee the bookings and administrative processes for its events. This full-time position involves managing rental enquiries, contracts, and financial forecasts to ensure successful operation of the Arts Rentals programme. Ideal candidates will have experience in live events and strong communication and financial management skills, contributing to one of Europe’s largest arts centres.

We are currently looking for an Arts Rentals Manager to join on a full time 12 month fixed term contract.
The Arts Rentals, Partnerships and Administration team look after a broad range of responsibilities within the Arts Planning & Producing department, focusing on income-generation through the Arts Rentals programme, partnership management with Resident Orchestras and other key artistic partners, and management of a wide range of administrative systems and processes.
