Job summary

The Art Station is a small energetic arts charity in Saxmundham, East Suffolk, delivering a wide-ranging Art and Learning Programme across two buildings and external venues. The role includes administration, event coordination, marketing and fundraising to support a thriving community and visitors to the town.

You will work with volunteers, freelancers and the board, leading a small team and driving partnerships with funders and local organisations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years in program management or similar roles.
• Experience working with volunteers, freelancers and a board of trustees.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and implement marketing, communications and develop and manage the website in liaison with the team and freelancers.
• Line manage the Community Engagement Manager and Programme Co-ordinator and freelancers.
• Coordinate the Art and Learning Programme across venues and projects.
