Job summary

Eden Court in the Highlands is seeking an Arts Practitioner – Theatre to lead our Youth Theatres for ages 8-10 and 11-13 and to support Engagement Projects in theatre and other art forms. You will collaborate with the Engagement team to create inclusive, creative opportunities, nurture emerging talent, and contribute to a thriving community arts programme across the Highlands.

Part-time role with regular rehearsal and performance windows.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering creative engagement/participation projects.
• Theatre facilitation skills and youth work experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead on 8–10 and 11–13 Youth Theatres.
• Support Eden Court’s Engagement Projects across theatre and other arts forms.

We are looking for a practitioner with previous experience delivering creative engagement, learning or participation projects to join our Engagement team. As the Arts Practitioner – Theatre you will be responsible for leading on our 8-10 and 11-13 Youth Theatres and supporting across Eden Court’s Engagement Projects in theatre, as well as other multi-art-form projects, or projects for which your experience makes you the best member of the team to contribute to.
