Teaching Assistants, we need you!

Are you dedicated to children’s development and wish to play a central role in their growth? Then we have great news for you! We are looking for Teaching Assistants in local schools.

Protocol Education is seeking enthusiastic individuals ready to engage in education while gaining valuable experience. The roles include teaching assistants, learning support, and 1:1 cover for students. No qualification as a teacher is required to apply!

About the role:

• Support pupils' behaviour in the classroom and on a 1:1 basis
• Assist the class teacher in fostering an active learning environment
• De-escalate behavioural concerns in line with safeguarding policies
• Take initiative to support pupils and aid the classroom environment
• Be prepared to take over lessons at short notice if required

The candidate will:

• Be enthusiastic and proactive
• Maintain a consistent and objective approach to pupils
• Be passionate about educating and building confidence in students
• Have excellent communication skills and nurturing relationships with students
• Have relevant experience or be suitable for similar roles, and the right to work in the UK
