Contract: Permanent, Full time
Salary: £30,450 - £36,750 per annum

The Opportunity
This is a rare and exciting opportunity to join HarrisonParrott as Associate Artist Relations Manager. You will be at the heart of our operations, managing the planning and delivery of complex, high-profile international engagements for a select group of world-class artists.
This is a dynamic, fast-paced role that combines high-level administrative precision with artist-facing responsibility, requiring exceptional attention to detail, foresight and emotional intelligence. You’ll also take a leadership role in training and quality assurance, supporting the development of junior colleagues and helping to drive consistent excellence across the team.
Working closely with Artist Managers, artists and promoters worldwide, you will play a key role in building careers, delivering projects and maintaining the highest standard of artist care. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in an international, creative environment and who is passionate about shaping the future of classical music and the performing arts on a global stage.
The Key Responsibilities Of The Role Are
Acting as the primary point of contact for assigned artists, ensuring consistent, high-level support and communication. Managing and delivering all logistical and administrative aspects of artist engagements, including rehearsals, performances, travel, accommodation and visa/work permit requirements.
