A leading event management company in London seeks an Artist Liaison Coordinator to manage artist experiences and logistics for live events. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years in event coordination, excellent communication skills, and a passion for music. We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Artist Liaison Coordinator to support the delivery of best-in-class artist experiences at Drumsheds. Reporting into the Artist Liaison Manager, you will play a key role in advancing artist logistics, hospitality and accreditation, and ensuring smooth operations on show days.
This role requires excellent communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a deep appreciation for live music. You’ll be a dependable team player who thrives in fast-paced environments and is confident interacting with touring crews, agents, and internal departments alike.
