Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Artisan Baker located in Watford. The Artisan Baker will be responsible for baking and preparing a variety of artisan breads, sourdough loaves, pastries, and sweet treats. Daily tasks include mixing dough, shaping loaves, monitoring baking processes, and ensuring product quality and consistency. The role also entails maintaining a clean and organized workspace, following health and safety regulations, and collaborating with the team to meet production goals.
