Location: Fully remote

Join our fast-growing tech scale-up company to develop robust, scalable, and intelligent agentic systems that integrate seamlessly into software development lifecycles (SDLC). Lead the development of LLM-powered agents, assistants, custom tooling for developers, and AI automation frameworks.

This is a hands-on role combining software engineering, ML experimentation, and AI product innovation. You will shape agent architecture, explore frameworks like LangChain and LlamaIndex, and operationalise high-performance, real-time AI systems.

Key Responsibilities:

1. LLM Agent Development: Design and build intelligent, multi-step LLM agents using frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, etc.
2. AI Assistant & Tool Innovation: Build AI-powered agents, assistants, and tools to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.
3. AI Engineering: Build, test, and optimise generative AI features using OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, and fine-tuned custom models.
4. Prompt Engineering: Craft, iterate, and test prompt strategies to improve accuracy and responsiveness.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering, product, and QA teams to deliver agent-led automation solutions.
6. Prototyping & R&D: Drive rapid prototyping of LLM-based solutions, develop PoCs, and validate ideas.
7. Responsible AI: Promote safe, ethical, and transparent AI practices.
8. AI Advocacy: Lead workshops, demos, and documentation efforts to evangelise AI agent capabilities.

Experience:

1. Agentic Experience: Hands-on experience with frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, or similar.
2. Deep AI Knowledge: Strong foundation in AI/ML concepts, especially around LLMs, prompt engineering, embeddings, and vector search.
3. Engineering Excellence: Fluency in Python and TypeScript. Able to write robust, testable production code.
4. Product Thinking: Ability to translate user needs into functional AI experiences.
5. Cloud & Data Skills: Strong exposure to cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP).
6. Model Deployment: Experience evaluating, fine-tuning, and deploying LLMs in production.
7. Collaborative Spirit: Able to work in a highly cross-functional and fast-paced environment.
8. Experimentation Mindset: Passion for testing ideas, building rapidly, and learning from experiments.
