Descrizione del lavoro

Murphy is seeking a motorway- and construction-turnover driver to operate Artic vehicles and manage on-site deliveries. You will be responsible for loading, unloading, route planning, and ensuring loads are securely fastened, while adhering to tachograph rules, safety protocols, and quality paperwork.

You will maintain the vehicle, report defects, and communicate professionally with customers and site teams.

Competenze

• CSCS, Driver CPC, Class 1 and full UK driving licence are required.
• Commitment to Murphy training requirements.
• These are in-house requirements for the role.

Mansioni

• Operate Artic: safely drive, load, unload and transport goods.
• Maintain vehicle and report defects; perform daily checks.
• Plan routes to meet deadlines considering traffic and vehicle size.
• Secure loads following guidelines for safe transit.
• Comply with tachograph, safety guidelines and site protocols.
• Complete paperwork and obtain customer signatures.
• Interact professionally with customers and site staff.
• Conduct site risk assessments and follow crane safety and delivery procedures.
